We ordered 3 chapati box with a bird handle. One of them have a different handle. Further the lid is damaged. There are multiple holes that has been covered with wood putty (picture1), Also the lid rubber lining to keep the box air tight is missing (picture 2). Customer service is very bad. In spite of sending several emails and leaving several voice messages, no response or even a courtesy call back
Ordered 50 of these Candles from their website to use as party favors. The ones we ordered weren't available so they emailed us and offered replacement candles, which we accepted (this was our mistake, but the candles looked okay in the pictures). The candles were in glass jars and were not packed properly. When we opened the box, many of them were broken and there was glass everywhere in the box. These things can happen, understandable. We sent an email to [****] and a Sree H [****]. No response. Sent the first email on 28th March with follow ups on April 1st and 9th. Tried calling them, no response. The candles that were sent (the ones that were still intact), are of terrible quality and awful workmanship, it would be embarrassing to use these as favors. Ideally I would like to return these, but the return policy on their website will expect you to pay for shipping + a 25% or the cost of the items in restocking fee, and we couldn't even figure out a way to go about it as they wouldn't respond.

I received wrong sized item, I ordered 7 inches barni jar and received 5 inches barni jar. I emailed to customer care twice but not received any reply back. Attaching the picture what I got.
I ordered these but got some other thing which is poor in quality . Not worth $7.99 . Have sent out an email to get the correct thing
I recently purchased the backdrop stand and was very disappointed. The price has been increased by $20 stating they have improved the quality but the rods were rusty with the paints been scraped off. Earlier it was $39.99 but now it is $59.99 with additional shipping charges. The website says free shipping above the order of $100 but I was charged shipping although my order exceeded $100. They canceled my first order without notifying me when I refused to pay shipping (even though my order was above $100).I had to place my order again with shipping charges. The packing was pathetic, it was delivered torn.
I had a coupon of 10% for registering new email account but that never worked. Customer service call was of no help. Their chat service is also of no use. They never reply immediately. Instead they email their reply with a no-reply email.
I wouldn’t recommend to buy from this place. Their customer service is very bad!

This is an organized and thoughtful return gift during puja or any other religious occasion. You will have to assemble the "OM" box, other than that it's a hassle-free gift. Loved it.
Mandap is not strong as it came bend and not able to build it properly
I bought Ganesha statues and few of them came broken ! Sad ! I reverted back to the customer team multiple times but did not receive any response ! These were suppose to be Diwali gifts ! I am writing this so others can learn from my experience ! Please do not buy these as they are very fragile and come broken with no customer support . They are not packed appropriately for a fragile item. They are just put in a plastic bag and in a thin white box with no cushion !

Purchased a bhaiyya bhabhi rakhi for a friends brother on her behalf. Firstly paid additional$10for a speed delivery but they sent it by a regular post and was not delivered as promised.
Second, the rakhi that was purchased is a delicate one and was received damaged.
The photo is deceptive, blouse pieces are just cotton. Not cotton silk.
