We boast of maintaining high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. We examine every order that is mailed out to ensure that there is no damage. If for some cause, the order was damaged or destroyed while shipping, you may request a return by emailing to us a picture of the goods in the first 24hrs of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns.
If you simply do not like the item you received, you can write to us a detailed description of your query at, firstname.lastname@example.org. And once the item reaches our warehouse your account will be credited with the equivalent value of Store Credits which you can later use for your purchases with DesiFavors. Note that exchange or returns will only be created once per order.
Note : The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Items returned without prior authorization will be charged a $20 restocking fee. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
Customs, Tariffs + Taxes: DesiFavors will not be responsible for any duty or tax charges incurred upon international orders.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the designated delivery country and although they are not always incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
No refund will be given if buyer fails to claim the shipment from their custom's hold.
Damaged Products: For orders that arrived damaged, please click a picture, include your order number, and send it to email@example.com. We will investigate your query further.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We replace/exchange orders only if they are defective or damaged. Leave us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the delivered product and your order number to help you further.
