Product Disclaimer: Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color and/or craftsmanship. We take great care in packing and delivering our products to USPS. However, given their intricate and delicate nature, minor blemishes or loose threads may occur during shipping and handling. These issues can typically be addressed with simple glue.
Our products are handmade, and slight variations are inherent due to their natural creation process. These variations contribute to the uniqueness and charm of each item. While we strive for consistency, please understand that no two products will be exactly alike.
Evidence: To ensure fair handling of return claims for damaged items, we kindly ask that you record a brief video or take detailed pictures while unpacking your order. This will serve as proof of the condition of the package upon arrival.
Please follow these simple steps:
- Start recording before opening the package.
- Clearly show the unopened box with our label.
- Record the unpacking process, focusing on any visible damage to the packaging or items.
Evaluation: Our customer service team will review the evidence provided and evaluate the extent of the damage or defect. We may also request additional information if needed.
Resolution Options: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we offer the following resolution options:
- Replacement: If the item is still in stock, we can offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. We will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue store credit that can be used towards a future purchase on our website.
UPS Misplacement: If your order has been misplaced or lost by UPS during transit, please note that UPS is liable for any such issues. We are not responsible for packages that have been misplaced or lost once they are in the possession of UPS.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: If you notice any issues, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. You can contact our service team via email at customercare@desifavors.com or by phone at 1-833-337-4328 (Monday - Friday/ 10am - 5pm EST)
Wrong Item Received: If you have received the wrong item, color, or size, we can assist you if reported within 2 days of the delivery date. To help make your order right, we may require video/photos and/or the original item to be returned. If you’re instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Seasonal decor items (e.g., garlands, diyas, etc.) are not returnable unless they are damaged.
Return Shipping Fees:
- We’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If it’s the customer’s choice to return, they must bear the shipping label cost.
- If the return is due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Processing Time for Store Credit/Replacement: We’ll initiate your store credit when we receive your item(s) at our Return Center. Store credits generally take 5-7 days. Replacements take 7-10 days.
