I bought Ganesha statues and few of them came broken ! Sad ! I reverted back to the customer team multiple times but did not receive any response ! These were suppose to be Diwali gifts ! I am writing this so others can learn from my experience ! Please do not buy these as they are very fragile and come broken with no customer support . They are not packed appropriately for a fragile item. They are just put in a plastic bag and in a thin white box with no cushion !

I bought a lot of Ganeshas over the years. These are probably the most sophisticated and fragile. I was concerned about the quality and packaging based on the other review but it turned out to be pretty good. I was told by customer service that they changed the fulfilment center and I think that helped. Writing for others who might be interested because the product is great.
