I am not usually a review writing person but writing this to let people know about my customer experience. I did order 20 pieces of small jars for Varalaxmi Pooja Tambolam gifts. I did open one package and see if the product is good but did not count if I did receive all the peices due to some emergency. After 15 to 20 days on the day of Pooja when I opened I did see there are only 16 pieces recieved. I did reach out to their customer service and they mentioned since it’s been so long( it’s been not even a month though) they couldn’t do anything. It is so frustrating because on the day of Pooja we have to rush and go to get gifts as we were shorten and then receiving such type of response even frustrates you more.

Really happy with awesome packing. I'm very excited because this is my first year keeping an eco-friendly idol. Thank you to the team for contributing to nature. Very appreciated.

It’s a perfect little addition to my space, with beautiful detailing and a charming presence. Very pleased with it.
