Backdrop Stand For Decoration

I recently purchased the backdrop stand and was very disappointed. The price has been increased by $20 stating they have improved the quality but the rods were rusty with the paints been scraped off. Earlier it was $39.99 but now it is $59.99 with additional shipping charges. The website says free shipping above the order of $100 but I was charged shipping although my order exceeded $100. They canceled my first order without notifying me when I refused to pay shipping (even though my order was above $100).I had to place my order again with shipping charges. The packing was pathetic, it was delivered torn.
I had a coupon of 10% for registering new email account but that never worked. Customer service call was of no help. Their chat service is also of no use. They never reply immediately. Instead they email their reply with a no-reply email.
I wouldn’t recommend to buy from this place. Their customer service is very bad!

Very poor quality and not able to return. No one from customer service gives a proper response if you want to return items.

This backdrop stand is exactly what I needed for my events! It’s strong, stable, and easy to set up. Worked perfectly for my decorations, and shipping was fast too. A great buy for anyone needing reliable event decor!

If there is a rating for zero, I would go for that. Do not buy this product at all. Amazon sell much better ones and you have a return option there.
The product is very rusty and feels like very old, used product. For the price they charge , they should at least have the product packed properly and in good condition. Pure waste of money..
