Rangoli Tea Cup

We ordered 70 Rangoli tea cups at the end of May to use as party favors for an event in June. The order arrived on June 3rd, and upon opening the package, we found that 9 of the cups were broken. Unfortunately, the items were shipped without any protective packaging like bubble wrap or Styrofoam, which likely contributed to the damage.

We’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer service by phone and online chat over the past several days, but have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially since we need replacements quickly.

The poor packaging and unresponsiveness have also raised concerns about the durability of the cups that did arrive intact. Based on this experience, we’re hesitant to place another order in the future, and will not be recommending this site for our family and friends

One of the cups was broken when it got delivered. Also, found the cups to be too tiny. Does not hold more than 2-3 sips of beverage. Not what expected.

The item is received as broken, I have contacted the customer care on that day itself but still now I haven’t get any response. They said that they will call back to me. I am still awaiting for your call back.
